Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

“The scenery was breathtaking and the company first class as we weaved our way up and down the peaks. Thank you also to everyone who donated. It further cemented our relationship with Little Miracles and there is already talk of another similar event next year!”

Well done to IT Naturally employees Jay, Patryk, Les, Patrick, Richard and Paul who all took part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge on September 10th to raise money for one of our chosen charities Little Miracles.

Our adventure was a great success with all three peaks scaled. Nobody anticipated how hard it would be though, there were lots of sore limbs and blisters to nurse in the days after but a fantastic effort from everyone.

“The scenery was breathtaking and the company first class as we weaved our way up and down the peaks. Thank you also to everyone who donated. It further cemented our relationship with Little Miracles and there is already talk of another similar event next year!”

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is a gruelling walk and climb of Pen-y-Ghent (694m), Whernside (736m) and Ingleborough (723m). We will ascend 4531ft (about 1.38 km) over the 24-mile hike in just 12 hours!

We are delighted that we raised £2820 for the Peterborough-based disabled children’s charity, Little Miracles. They are a lifeline for thousands of disabled children and their families in our area, a judgement free community that supplies free activities, mental health support, family support services and so much more.

“IT Naturally’s team were fantastic and raised thousands of pounds that will go towards our family support team who help disabled children and their families with schooling, housing and mental heath. The Three Peaks are much, much harder than I had expected but all the team were extremely supportive of one another throughout the day – thank you for all your training and commitment. All the pain really will make a huge difference to the lives of children we support in Peterborough.”
