We’re delighted to announce that we have been supporting Unifii as their MSP. 

The Elite ServiceNow partner was looking to outsource its IT infrastructure as the business went from strength to strength.  

With offices in London, Edinburgh, Dublin and India, Unifii were looking for a trusted and reliable MSP who could run, secure and improve their end-user computing and support their team.  

IT Naturally provide Unifii with the following: 

  • Hardware; including laptops, headsets, webcams & keyboards 
  • Enhanced builds for security 
  • Service Desk 

IT Naturally manages for Unifii: 

  • Microsoft tenant and licenses for all users 
  • Outlook/Teams/SharePoint 
  • JMLs (joiners, movers & leavers)

Unifii was already well established when it came to its IT, with everyone using Microsoft 365. However, as the business experienced significant growth and new employees joined almost weekly, managing the system in-house had become increasingly challenging. 

Unifii decided to outsource their core IT infrastructure to take the pressure off and ensure they could focus on running their business without distraction. 

Despite the highly technical nature of the company and its people, we have been able to offer them a huge amount of support and fresh solutions to help Unifii run their IT more efficiently. 

Improvements IT Naturally has put in place: 

Endpoint Protection – replacing existing solution with Defender for Business to reduce costs and consolidate security policies 

  •  New email signature service, CodeTwo – offering centrally managed consistent company branding to user communications
  •  Application Packaging – a central Company Portal for deploying approved software to all or targeted business users

At IT Naturally, we take customer service extremely seriously, so we are constantly asking our customers for feedback. In our Net Promoter Score we were delighted to receive 100% customer satisfactions score from Unifii for January & February.
