Becoming B Corp Certified, creating a new volunteering policy and an employee satisfaction score of 94% are three key highlights of IT Naturally’s Impact report this year.
As part of our ethos towards greater transparency and accountability, we have created our latest Impact Report, which shows the company’s efforts and outcomes when it comes to being a B Corp, Social Impact and Environmental Impact.
The report, from November 2022 to October 2023, highlights our commitment to making a positive impact on both local communities and the global environment. The document reveals sustainable practices, community engagement, and ethical business conduct.
Becoming a B Corp
IT Naturally became B Corp Certified in 2023 with a whopping score of 92.9. when the threshold to “pass” is 80, we are so thrilled at this amazing achievement and our journey so far can be found in the report.
Social Impact
At IT Naturally, employee well-being is imperative to what we do. It’s embedded into our values and reflected in the systems and processes we have in place to support all our employees – from the service desk to senior management.
IT Naturally plays an active role in supporting local communities, through partnerships with chosen charities both locally and nationally, with both financial and physical support too.
Environmental Impact
In the report, we reveal our dedication to sustainable business practices, and we’re working with fellow B Corp, Ecologi, to offset our carbon. Not only to reduce our footprint but to make a positive impact globally.
We confirm our commitment to decreasing our environmental impact across the organisation through environmental stewardship policies. This includes focusing on our supply chain, ensuring that partners and suppliers align with ethical and sustainable practices and setting a KPI to spend 15% with companies that are carbon neutral.
