The shortlist for the British Business Awards 2025 is out and we are buzzing to announce IT Naturally has been shortlisted for the British Business Awards 2025, making it into the top eight B Corps in the UK.
Recognising Businesses Making an Impact
We’re in great company, going up against Bruichladdich Distillery, Vegware, Golden Acre Foods, Sykes Cottages, Useful Simple Trust, Zest, and FSC Group in the B Corp category. With over 300 companies entering and only 143 making the shortlist across 18 categories, it’s a great achievement and we’re feeling pretty proud.
The British Business Awards celebrate companies driving real change, from industry leaders like Dell Technologies, HP, Scottish Power, Greggs, and The Weir Group to innovative tech firms like Stellar Omada and Dynisma. Each finalist was judged on their impact—on their people, their industry, and the wider economy—by an independent panel of experts.
Now, we’re heading to the final round, where 18 industry leaders, including Alan Jope CBE, Vinodka Murria OBE, and Phil Urban (CEO of Mitchells & Butlers), will decide who takes home the award.
Alan Jope CBE, former CEO of Unilever and Chair of the judging panel, said:
“In spite of the economic headwinds facing British businesses, our incredible shortlist shows that leading British companies are thriving and powering the economy and job creation through their hard work and resilience. It came across loud and clear from the hundreds of entries we received for the awards that businesses are having to innovate and adapt like never before. It’s been inspirational to see the incredible work going on behind the scenes in companies of all shapes and sizes across the UK.”
Julie Bishop, CEO of IT Naturally, said:
“So exciting to be finalists in the British Business Awards, and wonderful to have been nominated by our supportive team from NatWest in the East of England.”
Richard Gardner, CEO of IT Naturally, added:
“This recognition reflects our commitment to caring for people and the planet. As a B Corp, we prove that business growth and positive impact can go hand in hand. Prioritising our stakeholders and sustainability drives real change, and we’re grateful to everyone who has supported us on this journey. Long may it continue.”
For us, this isn’t just about the trophy (although, let’s be honest, we wouldn’t say no). It’s about proving that IT, done right, can grow a business while doing good.
The winners will be revealed at a black-tie ceremony in Edinburgh on 24 April, where up to 2,000 business leaders will gather to celebrate. The night will also raise funds for Social Bite, a charity tackling homelessness, with a target of £1 million.
Oh, and did we mention? Sting will be performing; Sir Bob Geldof is doing the keynote as the event’s patron (whilst celebrating the 40th anniversary of Band Aid) and the legendary Rob Brydon is hosting. That’s one way for our CEOs to spend a Thursday night!
