IT Naturally has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service (CCS)’s Technology Services 4 (TS4) framework, covering End User Services and Infrastructure Management.
The TS4 framework provides public sector organisations with access to pre-approved suppliers that have been independently assessed for capability, governance, and financial standing. Being named on the framework enables IT Naturally to continue supporting councils, government bodies, and public sector organisations across Cambridgeshire and beyond through 2026.
As part of the framework evaluation process, IT Naturally was independently assessed and confirmed as financially strong and low risk, with the capability to deliver complex, large-scale IT services within public sector environments.
Feedback from the assessment highlighted IT Naturally’s end-to-end capability across:
IT operations and service management
Network infrastructure
Identity and access management
Device security
Hardware and software lifecycle management
Cost transparency
Continuous improvement
