As the world recovers from a global pandemic, 2022 will be remembered for a number of key changes in business.
Many organisations began looking at reducing their impact on the environment, realising the importance of a digital workplace and the introduction of the hybrid working model.
We’ve certainly seen changes at IT Naturally in 2022, mainly positive and with them came a huge amount of growth.
At the beginning of the year we were Gold Sponsors of the Peterborough Biscuit and started a new partnership with Sendmarc to help protect your companies cyber security.
We continued supporting our two chosen charities all year by becoming painters and decorators at Little Miracles, challenging ourselves to do the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge and we found all sorts on our Marine Conservation beach clean.
It was the middle of the year when things began to change for us, due to new customers we restructured our Leadership Team and were on the lookout for new additions to our team of experts.
A growing team needed a new home, one that reflected us as a company and where we began our newly integrated hybrid working policy – Lynch Wood Park.
We’ve had more than ten new starters since then and promoted a number of our team internally reflecting our human-centric value and always putting people first.
All of the above have been milestones in themselves as our business grows, but the one we are most proud of is submitting our application to become a B Corp. We are looking forward to hearing the result of this and more in 2023.
